The project visualizes the visitor hot spots in different seasons and indicates how people perceive a particular place.




From the perspective of landscape designers and ecologists, the Madrona Marsh is remarkable for its hydraulic functionality as the wetland of the local region. It creates iconic marshy scenery with vernal pools and seasonal streams. However, the public may have a different image than the profession. More than forty percent of the visitors per year tend to visit the place during the early start of the rainy season when the marshy landscape has yet to form.
